Refunds-

We can issue refunds as long as they are requested more than 24 hours before the booking but unfortunately this will incur a 0.35p admin fee from PayPal.

Changes or Amendments to your booking-

If you need to change a booking time to another time slot, this is not a problem. We can change this at anytime as long as you request this 24 hours before your booking. Unfortunately bookings cannot be altered after 24 hours.

Bookings made using our discount/gift voucher scheme are non-refundable. However, all bookings can be amended and rescheduled. This tool is accessible to members and becoming a member is very simple and free of charge.
